Putman Planning & Design provides landscape architectural services: master land planning, detail site design, grading design, planting plans, amenity, identity and recreational feature design and plans for owner/developer/builder/realtor clients. The sizes of the sites we work on range from a 45' x 110' lot, to sites exceeding 600 acres. We do residential single and multifamily design, concept and preliminary commercial/mixed use design as well as "design quality guideline" work. We also provide architectural illustration and graphic design services for development identity and marketing/sales and sales center purposes.

Our firm's principals and design associates have practiced Landscape Architecture linked with other building/development services since 1970, with Pemtom and Robert Engstrom Associates. In separate business since 1981, over the last 10 years we have done award and sales-winning master & detail planning and design for numerous high profile, successful developments: Liberty on the Lake in Stillwater, Stone Mill Farm (formerly Eagle Crest) in Woodbury, Victor Gardens and Fable Hill in Hugo, Echo Bay in Pelican Lakes, Troy Burne, Eagle Bluff & Heritage Green in Hudson, 7 Greens in Plymouth.
